Season Eats does not collect, track, sell, or share your personal data.

Season Eats may request access to your location to determine which supported region best matches where you are. Location access is used only when you ask the app to determine your current location. Season Eats uses Apple's location and mapping services to convert your device location into a supported country or state. Your precise coordinates are not stored by Season Eats or accessible to Stratosphere Software. You can also use Season Eats without location access by selecting a location manually.

Your selected favorites, notification preferences, and other app preferences are stored locally on your device. If you use the Season Eats Apple Watch app, your favorite produce selections may be synchronized directly between your iPhone and paired Apple Watch using Apple's Watch Connectivity framework. This information is not sent to or accessible by Stratosphere Software.

If you enable notifications, Season Eats schedules notifications on your device to let you know when favorite produce comes into season. Notification settings and favorite produce information used for these reminders are processed locally and are not sent to Stratosphere Software.

Season Eats does not include third-party analytics, advertising frameworks, tracking SDKs, or other third-party services that collect information from the app.

Apple may provide Stratosphere Software with aggregated App Store and usage analytics as part of Apple's developer services. This information is provided by Apple and is subject to Apple's privacy practices and your device analytics settings.

Because Stratosphere Software does not collect or store your personal Season Eats data, there is no personal user data retained on our servers or sold or shared with third parties.
